SHIPPING & RETURNS
We process orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your region and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow your delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories and tags included.
Please contact our customer service team before sending the product back. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, in which case GetLuxStore covers the cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped after the return is confirmed.
Items that are used, missing original packaging, or purchased under special promotional conditions may not be eligible for return.
